Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce is a convenient ready-made ingredient for busy chefs and caterers. Made with a blend of Kikkoman soy sauce, wine and seasonings, it can be used straight from the bottles on your selected meat, fish or vegetables - nothing else is needed. Just leave overnight to marinate and brush some over the food as it cooks until it caramelises and gives a glossy shine.
